As far as I know, none in particular. But you'll get a challenge first. :)
I'm working with mine (When I finally get some days off school I am...).

There's no requirements but you will have to provide some scripting and / or programming
skills and also provide us with information in which areas of hacking you are skilled in.

F.ex. if it was me, I would apply with most likely PHP and Website Vulnerabilities etc..

Because then I would get a challenge in those areas which would challenge me well
enough and then I would use sometime to create whatever was requested and after
submission the group would vote wether it was good enough or not.

Of course, if the challenge is submitted but not completed as in it doesn't fulfill the
basic requirements then the applicant would have to develope further on the challenge.
