Computer issue.
Ok, so last night at 11:30pm-1:00am MST im working on helping this girl with her computer issue.

She thinks that a disk provide by a company who provided her router is causing this. I went ahead and looked through to see what i could find (lol while trying to explain why its not the disk) and i can't seem to come to whats wrong. In my opinion its a virus from another computer on the network because they have no issues until it connects to the internet...on their network. They had No AV, no router security, it to make it all better...its wireless! So im all out of things to think of and my eyes are killing me. Any ideas??

Edit:: They claim to have tried re-formating but its just one of those things i must do my self.

She says she did a full reformat (i don't think she did)

From what it seems it has the same issues as if u were to have a error with rundll32.exe


This includes, shutdowns, random BSOD, freezing, slowing of the computer. Things like that.

HAHA true true... I actually just talked with her. Shes glad that I'm out of state 'cause I cant see you..... LOL
