After a long time, the NGMAP project has been remade, improved and also reached closed beta!

What's new?
The new version has improved root privilege control, implementation of all the most common flags /
switches that a user may want to use and even a fully customized scan which is disabled at the moment.

Some of the more uncommon switches that are hardly ever used, was not implemented and at the
current stage an exaggerated amount of variables are used to handle the user input due to the design
of how HTML works. This will of course be improved before the final release.

To whom will it be released?
However, the scanner works at the moment and when it is done the Tokens will receive a basic version
of the code while the InterN0T Crew and the VIP's will receive the full version of the code.

The basic version is only able to perform a basic scan of the visitor due to ethical purposes and it will also
become available to the public while the full online version will only become available to the VIP's for the moment.

This looks very cool....I use nmap alot for port scanning
so its cool to see a web GUI for it. Is it using the current
    version of nmap?
I cant wait to use the public version of it, I love testing
    applications that I haven't yet used...NICE WORK : )

I used the latest version for reference, however as my blog
states not all options are available (only the most common).

On the testing server it is a little older version which is in use,
however it still uses -PN which indicates it is not one of the older
versions where you have to define "no ping" as -P0 :-)

The Web GUI has support for both version 4 and version 5.

Even though it is not really that effective since it may time out due to I haven't implemented any AJAX features.

It is of course, possible to set the PHP Timeout value to 0 so it will never timeout, but I'd recommend using the CLI (Command Line Interface) version instead, or perhaps Zenmap if you like GUI's
